What age groups do you serve?

+

The Find Your Brave assembly is designed for grades K-6. For middle and high school (grades 7-12), Kristen offers a keynote version of her program that adapts her story and message for teen audiences. Both are available in the same school visit.

How long is a typical assembly?

+

Anywhere from 20 to 55 minutes. Kristen works with you to find the right length for your schedule and age groups.

How many students can you present to at once?

+

For K-6, up to 600 students at once. For grades 7-12, 100 is the recommended maximum for the keynote to land. Kristen does multiple presentations to split age groups at no extra cost.

What topics does the assembly cover?

+

Mental health, self-worth, not giving up, believing in yourself, emotional regulation, bullying, loss, and dealing with divorced parents. Finding your brave and navigating fear is the primary thread. Kristen can focus on any of these topics in more detail on request.

What does the school need to provide?

+

A 20x20 foot area with hard flooring or tight-woven carpet, a high ceiling, a projector with HDMI input and screen, and a power outlet. Kristen brings her own sound system when driving. If flying, the school needs to provide a sound system with two XLR inputs for her wireless mics.

Is the content aligned with curriculum standards?

+

Yes. Kristen's assembly content has been mapped to Utah Common Core Standards. A full list of aligned criteria is available on request.

What does it cost?

+

Pricing depends on the number of schools and days involved. Multi-school bookings in the same area become more affordable per school as more schools participate. Reach out for a custom quote based on your event.

Do you offer anything for teachers or staff?

+

Yes. Kristen offers an educator-focused session on overcoming adversity and building resilience, available as an add-on to any school booking.

What about classroom add-ons?

+

After the assembly, Kristen can go classroom to classroom for hands-on activities including the Honeybee Hug program, songwriting workshops, and drawing activities focused on creativity and confidence building.

What's the best way to get started?

+

Call or text Kristen at 435-222-4870 or email kristen@confidencecowgirl.com. Share your preferred date, age groups, how many presentations you need, and any topic focus. If you can help connect other schools in your area, ask about multi-school pricing.
