Drawing from her experience of being pulled from school in fifth grade and told her story was already written, she shows students that where you come from doesn't determine where you're going. The rope in her hand isn't a prop. It's a metaphor they'll remember.
This keynote works best with groups of 100 or fewer. For larger schools, Kristen does multiple sessions so every student feels like the message is for them, not for a crowd. Multiple sessions are included at no extra cost.
The presentation runs 20 to 55 minutes and can be followed by breakout sessions where students go deeper through hands-on activities like songwriting, drawing, or lasso lessons tied to confidence building.
