The Credibility

2,500 Audiences. One Moving Train. Zero Room for Error.

Before she was a keynote speaker, Kristen played Krazy Annie, a train robber at a tourist railroad, tasked with pretending to rob the train while somehow still giving passengers, especially the kids, a great experience. She had to play the villain and the host at the same time: staying in character as someone who supposedly didn't want the passengers there, while making sure everyone left glad they came, all live, in real time, on a moving train, with strangers. That's not so different from what teachers juggle every day: being the fun, engaging character kids want to pay attention to, while still carrying real curriculum and real responsibility.

That skill set is what made it possible for Kristen to command a 600-student audience right on the heels of COVID. The teachers and principal knew the students were out of practice with assemblies, everyone braced for it to be a rodeo. It wasn't. The kids stayed engaged the entire time, without a single incident.

The Experience

You're Already Good at This. Let's Make You Even Better.

Your staff already has their own tricks: the quiet coyote, the countdown challenge, splitting the room into competing teams. This masterclass isn't about replacing what already works. It's a live, guided session where your teachers bring their real classroom-attention challenges, and Kristen works through them on the spot, drawing on tools sharpened across 2,500 shows: the power of the pause, the power of a well-placed question, storytelling structure, and reading a room in real time.
