The Honeybee Hug Project provides courage-building tools to schools and communities through sponsored books, plushies, and Brave Experience Presentations that are based on a true story.
These tools help kids shift from a fear-based story about themselves to a confident, and resilient story–giving them a brave, hopeful way to move forward in their lives.
Where we are in the Process
What we Have
We have the books, the presentation, and Non-Profit Registration under way. We also have relationships with the first schools who are excited to participate in the Honeybee Hug Project.
What We Need
We need more plushies to launch the Honeybee Hug Project this year. But, if we can raise the $2,400 needed for the minimum plushie order, we will be able to provide Enough Honeybee Hugs for 10 schools. That's one plushie per classroom, plus extras for individual kids who need additional support.
